Biography:
Mirta Liliana Ramírez
She is from the Province of Chaco, Argentina.
A poet and writer since the age of 12, she has been a cultural manager for over 35 years.
She is the creator and director of the writers’ and artists’ groups: Juntos por las Letras (Together for Letters), Artescritores (Art Writers), MultiArt, JPL Juventud Mundial (JPL World Youth), and Juntos por las Letras Uzbekistan 1 and 2.
She firmly believes that culture is the key to uniting all the countries of the world.
She works exclusively on her own projects, which are free and inclusive at a global cultural level.
She created the Cultural Movement with Cultural Outreach and the Formando los Nuevos Cinturones Culturales (Forming New Cultural Belts) initiative, both locally and internationally, from Argentina to the world.
